The best pasta dish I have ever had belongs to this restaurant (carbonara al tartufo). Everything my family ate was exceptional, and the service was amazing! Delicious and great portions. If you are visiting Rome, make an effort to visit Gallinaccio, you will not be disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30

We were looking for a restaurant serving authentic and traditional food "romanesco", not for tourists. And likely this time CHAT GPT's advice was very good. We went on a Wednesday in July, at 7pm, there were some tables available. We were greeted by the waiters in a very friendly and warm way, felt immediately relaxed and at home. The food was spectacular, the service top, we can only recommend every tourist who want a genuine roman cousins experience to go to Al Gallinaccio! See you soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
