I recently ordered 2 deals from Al Kaif. Their taste is usually good, but on Eid or special occasions it feels like they just focus on handling more orders instead of maintaining quality. Today the food arrived completely cold. The quantity was okay according to the deal, but the chicken seemed like it was cooked a day earlier and served without proper reheating. Very disappointing experience this time. I hope they improve their food quality and freshness during busy days. Today is Very Bad experience. Food: 1 Service: 5 Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000

On 26 April , i went to Al Kaif Pizza Multan. but my experience is terrible. full waste of money. burnt pizza and crust is so hard and is unable to cut with fork. no Cheeze. Sandwich which is 850Rs is also full waste of money. no Chicken at all. Check my 3 rd pic. when we called manager, he is so stubborn and is not accepting his mistake and arguing with us that Pizza is just like that and there is no issue in pizza. so highly Not recommended . very disappointed as i wasted both my time and money Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
