I visited the store recently after seeing many customers going in and decided to stop by out of curiosity to try some sweets. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The salesman who attended to me showed no interest in assisting or selling any products. When I asked what items were available, he did not bother to show or explain anything. His attitude came across as quite arrogant and unwelcoming. He was a short gentleman with a surprisingly high level of attitude for someone in a customer service role. I came with the intention of possibly purchasing several items, but due to the lack of basic customer service and interest from the staff member, I only bought Balava , if I want in hurry I wouldn't have purchased that also. This is not the first time I have noticed this behavior. I have observed that he seems to be much more attentive and kind towards local customers, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with equal respect and proper service.
