The food was okay, but the behaviour of some staff was very disappointing. I felt there was a noticeable difference in how people from different backgrounds were treated. Everyone deserves the same respect regardless of race or nationality. The management should seriously look into staff behaviour and customer service. The Lady staff was so rude . The restaurant has decent food, but unfortunately the service left a negative impression on me. I noticed an attitude from certain staff members that I found disrespectful towards people from different ethnic backgrounds, including an Uber delivery driver. I love Lebanese food, and Al Phoenic is really one of the best in London. The food is consistently delicious and authentic. It’s a wonderful family-run restaurant, and the warmth of Gina, Tony and their children is just as memorable as the food. They are incredibly generous, attentive, and genuinely charming, making every visit feel like you’re being welcomed into their home. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch
