Rancid and spoiled nuts. Despite our warning, they sold to us anyway, and most of the nuts were spoiled.

My experience here about four months ago was excellent — the staff member I dealt with was positive, friendly, and made the whole visit enjoyable. This time around, unfortunately, the experience wasn't quite the same. The person I interacted with wasn't as welcoming, which left a different impression overall.

I sent the driver to the shop and spoke with the seller about my order: Turkish coffee to be divided into two bags, each containing a quarter kilogram. The driver returned, and I found that the worker had ignored my request to divide it into two bags. It's very disappointing that the seller is unprofessional and poor at fulfilling orders.
