An exceptional dining experience! I visited the Al Rober restaurant accompanied by some acquaintances who live in the city of Requena, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The traditional menu offers exquisite dishes, such as gazpacho manchego and cheek, both prepared to perfection. The portions are generous, so much so that I had to skip dessert and go straight to coffee. At a reasonable price for the quality of the food offered and that far exceeds expectations. The attention was impeccable, with professional and fast service. A charming young waiter gently guided me through the house specialties. Without a doubt, a culinary experience that deserves it all and guarantees my return!
