So many challenges... We arrived at the restaurant around 21:30. There were two small tables and guests were finishing their meals; four staffs were serving. We need to scan the QR code for the English menu, but the wifi didn't work. We tried to use our 5G to scan the QR code, the English menu wouldn't load. There is only Italian menu both hard copy and online. The waitress came to help finally. We ordered pesto pasta and seafood soup. The soup came without the spoon. When I asked for the spoon, the waitress brought it but took away fork and knife!!! Again, I had to excuse me to ask for the fork and knife back. The seafood soup was cooked with white wine and some chillies flakes, simple taste, nothing special. When we were leaving, a waiter dropped an eating knife on the floor while setting up the tables for the next morning. He right away picked it up, walked to the next counter and put it into the drawer. It's so sad to see such quality staff at this 4-star hotel.
