Al Tazaj has been one of my favorite places for years, and it’s still one of the most consistent spots when I’m craving broasted chicken. The chicken is always flavorful, crispy, and not overly greasy, which makes a big difference. The garlic sauce is well balanced and goes perfectly with the meal, and their cocktail sauce is honestly underrated and worth trying. I also appreciate that the meal comes with a generous amount of fries compared to many other fast food places. Even their grilled chicken is usually tasty and well prepared. The only downside during this visit was the bread. It felt dry and not very fresh, to the point that I ended up eating the meal with bread I had at home instead. Other than that, the food was enjoyable and lived up to the standard I’ve come to expect over the years. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
