I have been visiting this branch regularly for the past two years, but unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable, and I would rate their service 2/10. We ordered three spicy broasts, and the staff informed us that only two were available. While that was understandable, the way they communicated it was rude and unprofessional. I spoke to the manager about the situation, but instead of addressing the issue, he seemed more interested in defending the staff, even though he had witnessed the entire interaction himself. The staff also claimed they could not serve us because it was prayer time, despite there still being around five minutes remaining before the prayer started. As a loyal customer for the last two years, I expected much better customer service and professionalism. Today's experience was extremely disappointing.
