The moment you walk in, you’re ignored—no table offered, even though you’re a group of ten. After repeatedly being overlooked by the waiters, who act as if you’re invisible, they finally find you a table. It then takes an absurd amount of time to bring over flimsy, unstable chairs. When you complain, the waiter casually tells you that you’ll be fine sitting on such poor-quality seating. The tablecloth is literally unpressed and looks as if it’s been slashed with a knife—how does a supposedly upscale restaurant neglect such a basic detail? Are you mocking your customers? And when a waiter finally acknowledges you after multiple attempts, guess what the menu is? There isn’t one—no printed or digital menu. Instead, you’re told there are no more than five main dishes available. In the end, we left the restaurant. We’re not going to pay just to be treated this badly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
