Ordered various chicken curries and chicken tandoori ( 2 lots of half kilo portions) for take away. Regrettably, the chicken tandoori was extremely below standards. It was so dry, unappealing and there was hardly any chicken meat on it, we could hardly eat it. Very disappointed! I recently dined at Al Zalal Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The restaurant offers a delightful array of Pakistani dishes that truly tantalize the taste buds. The standout items for me were the Karahi chicken and mutton. These dishes were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection, making them an absolute must-try for any visitor. In addition to the savory main courses, the bread and biryani were equally delightful. The bread was freshly made and served warm, and the biryani had the perfect balance of spices and tender pieces of meat. It's a combination that shouldn't be missed. One unique offering that stood out at Al Zalal was their Gheer. It added a rich and authentic touch to the meal and was a delightful surprise. The restaurant's staff were incredibly pleasant and attentive, ensuring that the dining experience was top-notch. They were knowledgeable about the menu and were more than happy to make recommendations. Lastly, the pocket-friendly prices at Al Zalal were a pleasant surprise. You get fantastic food and service without breaking the bank. In summary, Al Zalal Restaurant is a hidden gem for those seeking delectable Pakistani cuisine.
