Yes, I was not at the restaurant when you came, and I asked the young lady that was serving you about the issue. She said you wanted two falafel balls inside the pita, with a little salad or veggies on the side (not inside the sandwich)! And she was right, we don't do that. What we do is a falafel sandwich (and we can add other items to it if you like) with a side salad(which you did not want). You apparently misunderstood what she said, or maybe she misunderstood what you meant, but, either way, you will not give us a good review for all the other times you been here, but, you were in a real hurry to post a bad review for maybe a misunderstanding between you and the server. And as an owner that works really hard to deal with the public and try to please as many as we can, I realize that sometimes you just cannot please ALL customers. . Additionally, I cannot and will not tolerate B.S. reviews, just because you did not get your way, and you trying to slander and hurt my business. I am always willing to accommodate any person with any reasonable request, but there is a limit to how far we can allow customers to be abusive and rude. More
