Serious Health Hazard – Styrofoam Melted Right Into My Food Rating: (1/5) I am incredibly disappointed and honestly shocked by the lack of care with my order. I ordered the nopales plate, and it was packed so incredibly hot that the entire top compartment of the Styrofoam container completely melted away, fusing right into the food. If you look at the photo, the plastic literally dissolved and mixed into the meal, meaning chemical-laden melted Styrofoam was running all through the food. This isn't just a matter of a messy presentation; it’s a massive health and safety hazard. You cannot serve food that has been contaminated by melted plastic packaging. Please train your kitchen staff to let food cool slightly or use proper, heat-resistant containers for hot dishes. I won't be ordering from here again.

Great tasting autentic Mexican traditional food. Very Honest people. Nice prices. I forgot my jacket ~5 weeks ago. They kept it for me without having to call them. Today I picked it up, with a nice pen, a birthday present from a nephew. Used the opportunity to enjoyed one of my favor dish, bistec a la mexicana. Delicious! Thank you very much! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We literally just walked out right now after sitting there for well over an hr. This restaurant is HORRIBLE for customer service. We waited over 30 minutes for some chips and salsa, when I finally asked for them we were told that they were being "made". Fast fwd ANOTHER 30 minutes and NOTHING. Asked for our order that had been placed an hour ago and the male waiter said he'd check on it but proceeded to the register instead. After we saw him take out our order to another table we walked out. As we're getting up from the table we heard the other waitresses tell the kitchen people "ya no ya sè van, el plato de ellos se lo dieron ala gente que llego despues que ellos" ....... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ESPECIALLY THE WAITING TIME FOR AT LEAST SOME CHIPS AND SALSA. They were well staffed, but I will NEVER suggest or recommend that restaurant to anyone again. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Owners need to step it up with their kitchen staff. Meal type: Lunch
