In case the rain took you by surprise during the promenade around Pioneer Air Museum, stop by this restaurant. It's time to try perfectly cooked fillet steaks, fried salmon and beer battered cod. Most guests recommend trying tasty cobbler, brownies and cheesecakes. When visiting Alaska Salmon Bake, it's a must to try good beer or delicious Sangria. Get your meal started with great coffee, ice tea or iced lemonade.

The great location of this place makes it easy to reach by any transport. If you look through the visitors' reviews, the staff is gracious at this spot. Nice service is something guests agree upon here. Average prices are to be expected at this restaurant. You will definitely appreciate the calm atmosphere and cute decor. But Alaska Salmon Bake has been rated below average by Google.

This is a fun place for a decent meal. Food served from various stations outdoors. Eat inside or out. Salad bar, sides, and protein are salmon (excellent), ribeye, fish and chips. Depending upon when you arrive and the crowd, it can be challenging to gather your food so to have both sides and protein served hot. Hands down the worst calamari I've ever had. Can't speak to any of the other food, but there's a reason it's almost exclusively tourists eating here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The prices have gone up. The menu has drastically changed since last summer. Other kinds of food have been added to the menu that is not true "Alaska food" like macaroni and cheese( a southern dish)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This takes away from the uniqueness as an Alaska salmon bake.
