You can have perfectly cooked pizza at this restaurant. The well-trained staff welcomes people all year round. Spectacular service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of Alberto's Pizza - Balamban, Cebu. From the visitors' viewpoint, the atmosphere is calm. But this place hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

Bad experience and service from staff paid to their GCash thru an online bank with screenshot sent of complete transaction with invoice number but they claimed it was not received on their end. We had to wait for 40mins before order was prepared and that was after we followed up thru call and almost begged for our order since we already paid, and amount has been debited frlm my account. Beware their pizza are with pieces of plastic. We almost swallowed plastic on our food. Worst service from a food restaurant ever. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
