I have never had an issue shopping here and I think that everything is relatively easy to find. Staff are always friendly for the most part and have no issues helping you out. My only issue with this location is not Albertsons fault at all, the parking lot is shared with a large strip-mall and tends to clog up during peak hours. I've never had an issue finding a parking spot, but if you need to park close or require handicap parking, these spots fill fast, so you may be walking a short distance.

I'm so frustrated with this place. I order all the time for pickup and there's always something either expired or not in the bag at all. It's not rocket science! I should have made the person deliver the item when the manager offered, but I felt bad if they were busy, which is not my problem. I spend all my money with them every month and this is what happens? All the time?! So figure you order five Roma tomatoes and none of them are in the bag. You go to the refund page and it only allows you to refund one of them. That adds even more frustration, and then you have to try to call them and they'll actually hang up on you! Horrible customer service. I'll spend my money elsewhere, thanks. Update. I scheduled one more delivery to see if they can get it right and there were a few things that were not available so I said just cancel the whole order for. The person I was chatting with began to put everything as out of stock but forgot three things and it's been days. I've called numerous times and they still haven't refunded the money or remove the three things left on the order. Come on people! If I order something not to be picked up until 9:00 or 10:00 a.m. stop shopping for it at 4:00 in the morning when you know the jalapeno rolls will not be available!
