I shop at the Payette Albertsons and have always had a pleasant experience with everyone until today. The gal working in the deli was so rude!, to the point that if she is working I will not get my weekly deli items. I understand having a bad day, but customer service does not entail rolling your eyes at a customer for requesting she separate the spicy chicken and non-spicy chicken and then saying rude comments when said customer walks away. She needs to do better, or you may lose a customer!!

I was in the payette store twice, each time the self check out lady's were exceptionally rude and condescending. I am from out of state so no I don't always remember Idaho changed snap rules, I don't deserve to be talked to like a child and then brushed off ever so rudely. Also if your gonna do customer service have patience at the very least. I do customer service for my job and I would never treat a customer so rudely. Also the short haired female cashier really should consider a new career because she obviously doesn't like people.
