HOW HAVE I NOT RATED THIS PLACE YET? This place is my favorite burrito place in town! All the stars to this little hidden gem. Albitas is a straightforward, no frills little place next to the airport. They're set up in a similar way to a certain Mexican fast casual chain that I won't mention here (assemble your food in front of you), but that's where the similarities end. Everything here is so GOOD. My regular order is an al pastor burrito with no sour cream and two spicy red salsas. It's not fancy food (they use premade tortillas, for example), but there's just ~something~ about it. The al pastor is so good and the smoky salsa just takes it to another level. The family who runs this place is also super nice, and I feel good about promoting a small business like this that might not get as much love as they deserve given their quiet location. Go try it for lunch!
