Today I made a purchase at 12:02.... It is 8:30 p.m. and the delivery cannot deliver it to me today due to problems with the only delivery person having an incident...... They say that tomorrow they will deliver it to me starting from 11:00 a.m....... Could it be true? Many good things and offers, but the managers are liars...... I don't think I'm going to go back and buy more from them......

On 01/18/25 I bought an Alcampo brand ham, it came out very salty and with a very strange taste that I couldn't define, my throat itched. I immediately went to return it, the same person from the delicatessen who sold it to me, I don't know what, believed that it was the first time that they had returned a ham of their brand, and I answered that there was always a first time, I didn't want the money but rather take another ham, and if the answer was, it was better that I not choose another one in case I was shocked. Alcampo has a totally good saleswoman in that position and I left without ham and very angry. Even the information girl where the items are returned was amazed by the response.
