A generous cup of decent iced pourover coffee which, at 50 NTD, is such a steal. Alchemist even offers two kinds of beans - 顺口 or 浓, roughly translating to easy-drinking or strong respectively. As with other stalls in the market, bring cash. It might make sense to have sushi at one of the stalls nearby for lunch, then swing by to pick up an Alchemist coffee to cleanse your palette.
