Went with my mom last week to this place, the service was pretty poor, the food was mediocre, and it took forever, I ordered rosemary, lamb, shanks, the rosemary was overwhelming. The lamb was over cooked, it took us 30 minutes to get one piece of bread, I’m guessing it was the cook an older fella, who brought out one plate at a time literally, Brought out one went back and got the next one. We ordered two dinners two drinks and the bill was well over $100 for service, mediocre, food, and very over priced that’s our last trip there, it was easy to see Why? we were. One of three tables in the place

Honestly horrible. This should not be called a bistro. It is below that of dine-inn quality. Wife and I ordered medium rare ribeye with cognac peppercorn sauce. The stake came out so raw it was not even to the point it could bleed. I truly doubt the center of the steak was above 70 degrees. I have never experienced such undercooked food try to be passed off and served in any food setting. The cognac peppercorn sauce was just a brown gravy with peppercorns shoved in it. They couldn't be bothered to strain the chunks out... This steak dish is served with both potatoes, carrots, and brocollini. None of these sides were seasoned. The potatoes weren't even buttered. Just russet not peeled, mashed, and scooped from an ice cream scopper. For 45 dollars a dish plus another 2 for sauce, I would expect the food to atleast be seasoned and cooked. I would recommend anything over this place. It is shameful to label themselves a bistro, charge high end bistro prices, and yet serve food that is subpar to that of a restaurant chain of your choice (Applebee's, chili's, outback, red lobster, ect...) I honestly believe one would find better flavors, and a better experience from a Walmart deli than from this so called bistro. Luckily we were able to send our steaks back (I never even took a bite) and were only charged for our drinks.
