We revisited several times over the past year and haven't been as thrilled as we were the first time. The secret burger has lost that magical quality for us, less of a steak tartar-like quality and more of a standard--albeit good--taste and texture. Many of their other dishes can be unique and flavorful (e.g., the raviolo), but the price point was a little on the high end to justify some of the smaller portions.
My fiancé and I think this is the best restaurant in Boston. The food is inventive and high quality. If you go there ready to try something new and possibly healthy, you'll be impressed. This place gets our highest recommendation.
Another Boston destination that was highly recommended, Alden & Harlow is a fun Cambridge spot with very tasty eats and a respectable drink/beer list.  I also heard they had a very decent burger (a.k.a. 'the SECRET burger'), and was glad to see it was on the brunch menu (shhhh...secret) so I made reservations for a Saturday morning. The restaurant offers both inside and outside seating - the indoor seating looks more like your Irish pub/sports bar setting with a long bar, several TVs, plenty of booth seats and some stand-alone tables.  It was a really nice morning (ok...noonish), so I opted of the outdoors. Note - it's a bit of a round-about trek from the inside area, which is down a set of steps, to the outdoor seating on the other side of the restaurant. Plan you bathroom trips accordingly. I was prompted seated and greeted by a very pleasant server. While I did peruse the menu a bit, I was pretty much sold on the SECRET burger - 8oz. House Creekstone Grind, Your Faith, House Made Roll ($16 + $3 egg supplement - went fried) with a side salad instead of friess, and opted for the Otter Creek Free Flow IPA. Brunch Heaven achieved! The burger was perfectly cooked, succulent, and the composition of the burger with the greens was spot-on! Sitting outside on Labor Day weekend late morning, eating my burger, pared with a delicious IPA...little more I could ask for! I was left to methodically devour my meal while savoring the moment with no rushing or pressure to saddle up.  Just a really nice dining experience. I'd definitely come back next time I'm Beantown-bound!
