I was in town to go to Costco and my usual favorite place back in Fresno, Hacienda Tequila, was closed for the day. As I was craving carne asada, we stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try. The restaurant was empty but it still took some time to be waited on and even the service was slow when it came to getting our drinks and order taken. The food did come out rather quickly though. The carne asada looked juicy and perfectly grilled, but it lacked the char-grilled flavor or seasoning, and was overall bland, leaving me with my craving still. We also ordered a Chile Relleno combo that came with a choice of taco, we got a carne asada. However, the corn tortillas on the taco were not fresh as the edges were curled up. The Chile Relleno, beans and rice were tasty though. Additionally, we never did get refills on our drinks and the food was on the pricey side. I would be hesitant to return based on this visit.

Do not get the shrimp tacos. Quality and authentic flavor here is lacking.. Whoever made that plate of food seemingly heated up shrimp in a pan, placed it on a plain tortilla, then added pico de gallo. Not good at all, I just ate for the calories at that junction. Chips should've been warmer and crispier. Come on man!

I just want to say that Alejandra's Mexican Restaurant is so awesome located in Visalia Ca. Their food is so Delicious..Tasty..last Friday we went to eat their a family get together i ordered the Enchiladas with mole at first i thought ewww no way will it taste good and needless to say to my surprise it was the Bomb! It was like out of this world was so Delicious and tasty even Ruben was surprised how Delicious it was..we have ordered all kinds food their and always its awesome Delicious tasty food, people who have not gone there What are you waiting for ? goooo !!!! Try their food you will not be disappointed and the drinks meaning adults drinks are Soooo Delicious, cant wait when we go their again i am a big fan of Alejandra's Mexican Restaurant..this Mole I just love love love it. I can't say enough about this place ...seriously Gooo and the Owner Rocky and their Staff are so Respectful..kind..helpful..they make sure your taken care of...
