However, we feel it is essential to clarify the facts for prospective guests reading this review.Length of Stay & Inconsistency: While you describe our property as unbearable, our records show that after completing your initial 2-night reservation, you willingly chose to extend your stay for another 2 nights, making it a 4-night stay in total. It is contradictory to extend a stay at a place that did not meet basic standards.Air Conditioning Policy: As clearly stated on our booking channels prior to reservation, our rooms operate on a timed A/C schedule to ensure energy efficiency and sustainability. Despite this, when you arrived well before the standard check-in time demanding A/C, our front desk team member accommodated your request out of goodwill and manually turned the unit on while politely explaining our house policies.Staff Professionalism: Our team prides itself on welcoming thousands of travelers each year with respect and care. We do not tolerate hostility or aggression toward our staff when standard house rules are being explained and upheld.Competitor Mention & Investigation: Directly promoting another establishment down the street raises serious concerns regarding the authenticity and intent behind this review.
