Alex Lugawan has always been a staple for many of us Pasigueños. The best and most reasonably priced lugaw and add-ons there is and the place hasn't changed as much as it could have for the past 2 decades giving regular diners that nostalgic note while bringing us back to when we were younger through every delightful spoonful we enjoy.
