Absolutely terrible customer service. There was no friendliness, no effort, and no basic customer care. What made it even worse was when my takeaway order was handed to me. Instead of providing a proper paper bag, they literally gave me the packaging cut in half and expected me to carry it like that. It was awkward, messy, and incredibly unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such poor seRvice 0/10. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad ali baba. Been to different ali babas, so far this is worse. They just microwave the pide it seems, don't even give a lemon slice. Chips are also not as tasty as they are in tuggeranong.
