I went here many times event though the service was bad, at least the atmosphere and coffee was okay. But today was the last straw. We went there to get a coffee and the waiter was extremely unfriendly. The place was half full and there were many unreserved tables and the waiters pointed us to a table(not the one that was free and we wanted). We refused and he said whats the difference. We explained to him why we wanted the table and then he got even angrier and said that we could have any table but not more than 30 minutes(with their bad/slow service). After today I won’t be going there anymore. I would recommend the one that is close by, FRATELLI. They are same and much more, very welcoming, very fast and friendly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The waiter was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. We politely asked if we could sit at a table we preferred, even though it was empty, but he refused without giving a proper explanation and spoke to us in a very unfriendly way. His attitude made us feel unwelcome throughout our visit. There are plenty of coffee places with much better customer service, so I won’t be coming back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've enjoyed staying at Alias for years. The food is very good. I like the place, the atmosphere.
