Alice Pizza was a great stop while we were exploring Rome! We grabbed a couple of slices, including the pepperoni and the Margherita, and both were delicious. I wouldn't say it was the absolute best pizza I've ever had, but it was definitely among the better pizzas we tried during our trip. The crust had a great texture—crispy on the outside while still soft and flavorful inside. The ingredients tasted fresh, and each slice was satisfying. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean they were. The staff never touched the pizza with their bare hands. They used spatulas and gloves for everything, which was something I really appreciated and don't always see. It's clear they take cleanliness and food handling seriously. The service was friendly and efficient, and the whole experience was enjoyable from start to finish. I'd definitely stop here again the next time I'm in Rome, and I highly recommend giving Alice Pizza a try if you're looking for a quick, tasty slice!
