I wish I read the reviews before eating here. I had a very good experience with Alice Pizza in Milan Malpensa Airport three months ago so I naturally gravitated to it when in Termini station in Rome. I wish I hadn't. Today, the 2nd December at 11 am a non-Italian lady that was first in line (I was second in line) ordered a slice of pizza and a bottle of water. The server asked her if she wants a "rice ball" (suppli). The lady did not understand English and was not responsive so the server asked her in Spanish thinking she was from Latin America. This too did not produce any response. The server proceeded to describe the ingredients of the suppli to a person who was clearly not interested and/or had no idea what was being said. I know employees are told to promote certain products but in a busy transport hub when a line of 4 or 5 people is formed it is better to be selective so to not waste time. The pizza I ordered was cold and not tasty. The suppli was very cold, unappetising and akin to something one buys in a low quality frozen supermarket like Iceland in the UK. Based on today's experience I will boycot Alice during my visits to Italy in 2026.
