All the clients like the menu that offers great Indian and Pakistani cuisines at Ali's Halal Kitchen. That's a nice idea to order nicely cooked chicken curry, nihari and chicken biryani. Great tea is served - try and enjoy.

I visited this restaurant with my friend recently, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. My friend politely asked the staff how long it would take for the food to be served. Instead of answering professionally, the staff member responded in a very rude and disrespectful tone. He said, “If you want to wait, then wait. If not, you can leave.” His attitude was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. We understand that restaurants can be busy, but there is no excuse for speaking to customers in such a disrespectful manner. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Because of this behavior, we cannot recommend this place to anyone. Customer service needs serious improvement.
