What an amazing experience with incredible food! I took my parents to this restaurant since they’d been eager to try traditional jjajangmyeon—and it tasted exactly as they remembered from years ago. The fried pork was tender, juicy, and perfectly balanced with a hint of vinegar. The noodles were rich in flavor, and the seafood "ma noodle" was loaded with fresh ingredients. The chef/owner speaks fluent Chinese, is incredibly friendly, and gave us a warm welcome. He patiently walked us through the menu, chatted with my parents about Busan and Korea, and helped us gain a deeper understanding of the city. Most impressively, when we returned the next day because my dad had some questions, he went out of his way to call local food vendors and assist with logistics. He truly left us with a wonderful impression of Busan. I already miss the delicious food and fantastic vibe of the restaurant—we’ll absolutely be back! Thank you, Alisan and Chef!
