I stumbled on this cafe by chance on a walk and it is unassuming and affordable with friendly staff and plenty of character. My impression was they had quite a lot of regular customers (it is, after all, out of season as I write this!) and it felt lively but welcoming. The menu is varied and well priced and the servings are generous. All in all, it's a bit of a hidden gem. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My family and I enjoyed a lovely ice cream treat when visiting King George VI Park in Ramsgate. The prices are reasonable, and there's a wide array of ice cream and frozen treats available. Also available are nearby picnic benches. The staff are friendly and whether you're spending time in the park or just fancy an ice cream I would certainly recommend Alison's Sea View Cafe Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10
