I have been ordering from All American Pizza for about 15 years, started with the one on Rockwell, and yesterday was the first time the pizza was inedible. The dough was doughy which made the pizza soggy. They skimped on the toppings and even my children could not eat it. It was late so my husband took the barely eaten pizza back up there the next morning. The manager was dismissive and the worker tried to charge him full price for more pizzas. I myself called to speak to the manager and again he had nothing to say and was dismissive to me as well. What a disappointment in a Family owned company that we frequented on a regular. My family will not be patronizing this establishment ever again. •••checkyourpizza••••Papa Dino’s is much better anyway. Reply to owner. That makes no sense if they offered to remake the pizzas why would my husband get upset. They are lying he did not ask for two more pizzas only to remake them. You need to listen to the video or can you read lips. There are 5 people in my home, we ordered 3 large, if each person got two slices not knowing it was half cooked then yes most of it would be gone. The cashier offered to remake the three pizzas but needed to charge for them because they were halfway eaten and he had asked for two additional pizzas. Five total. He got angry and threw the tip jar towards the cashier.More
