We stayed in the All Bar One adjoining hotel and visited the bar. The bar was great, great drinks and selections of food. Staff and friendly. The hotel was ok, the hotel room we were allocated was not very big and the bed was very firm and not very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and very clean. The staff and cleaners were excellent. The only issue we had was on the last night of our stay the Aircon broke, there was no way to open a window in our room and was sealed shut, and without the Aircon the room felt like an oven. The staff tried to solve the problem as we rung reception speaking to them back and forth a dozen times as they tried to fix it (trying to restart it remotely presumably) and said they would get us a fan but they never gave us one and it got so late we gave up. The night was extremely uncomfortable, sweating was like a sauna and we couldn't wait to leave. When we checked out in the morning the staff apologised to us, it sounded like it was not just an issue with our room and perhaps a wider building issue but wasn't confirmed. Overall the experience made me feel that I wouldn't want to book to stay there again. Service: 4
