We just had a casual dinner, but the service was truly exceptional. Especially the chef, Kanemaru-san, his hospitality is on another level. He spread positive energy to every table and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Restaurant supervisors Aya and Agung were knowledgeable in Gluten Free (GF) menu. We had the Tower Burger and fries (dedicated fryer) and chicken curry. On the second night, we had the buffet and each item was marked with allergens. The chef and Agung and Aya went above and beyond and made sashimi marinated in GF soya sauce straight from the kitchen instead of the buffet. We came back to eat on the third night to have their Tower Burger and grilled fish. Server Khairi was also very polite. The food tastes great, the price is fair for a buffet at a hotel like Westin, and the seats are spacious. Everything tastes fresh, and staff are fairly helpful, although sometimes lacking in numbers. The selection is average, because I went through all the bars no issue. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Available.
