The food was decent and reasonably tasty, but unfortunately the service was much slower than expected. We visited during lunch hour and had to wait quite a while before our order arrived. The restaurant seemed overwhelmed by the lunch crowd, which affected the overall dining experience. While the staff were polite and the food quality was acceptable, the long waiting time made the visit less enjoyable. If you’re planning to come here, I would recommend avoiding peak lunch hours unless you have plenty of time to spare. Love this Wallace Banting outlet! The food is always fresh and tasty, especially the fried chicken and burgers . Staff are friendly and the service is quite fast. A great spot for quick meals in Banting – highly recommended!
