The food is excellent with plenty of vegetarian/vegan options and they are happy to swap out meat from many of the dishes. Even the parmesan is also available vegetarian (i.e. without rennet) which is extremely rare. I'm a huge fan of bitter veg dishes like chicoria so we chose the orecchiette con le cime di rape; super tasty and very much reminded us of the kind of food you'd get in a trattoria in Italy or your nonna might make. Overall, we loved it. Definitely recommended if you want authentic Italian food and vibes.
