We went to this restaurant as my daughter wanted mac and cheese for her birthday lunch. It looked like a nice menu online and we wanted to be able to sit down and eat. The menu is very creative and interesting. They have mac and cheese dishes like plain mac and cheese, Primavera, chicken parm, buffalo chicken, etc. They also have pierogi, sandwiches, and salads. Kids meals are available as well! Kids meals come with a drink, side (goldfish crackers, etc), the main, and a fun little activity page with stickers. We ordered a mac and cheese kids meal, cheeseburger kids meals, primeval mac and cheese and the black bean burger with fries. The decor if the restaurant was very fun we had Dolly Parton and Anthony Bourdain on candles above us, they also had Art the Clown, Dia de los muertos styles skulls, etc. Very fun and entertaining. The food was prepared and arrived quickly and fresh. The mac and cheese was exceptional. Creamy and cheesy sauce that stuck to the noodles but was not chunky. Perfect blend imo. The cheeseburger was excellent and had a fun little pitchfork stuck iin the bun. Primavera mac was soo good! The veggies and feta paired well with it and my wife really loved the twist on mac and cheese. The black bean burger was phenomenal. As someone that has to eat a mostly vegetarian diet for health reasons, I was glad they had this option. The burger was massive and had a great sauce. The bun was buttered and toasted so well! My only note is that it fell apart while I ate it but I can tell you this did not slow down my hunger! The fries were also perfectly done, and had a great crisp. This is seriously a must try if you have never visited! My kids and wife are already planning ti return asap! absolutely amazing food. this is the first time ive ever reviewed a restaurant but MAN was their mac and cheese good. the cashier was a sweetheart, she allowed us to eat across the street and she took our food to us. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were in Kent visiting and decided to try Alley Mac for dinner, and I’m so glad we did. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we walked in, and even though the staff was clearly busy, they were still incredibly friendly and took the time to chat with us about our trip. The food was fantastic. Their mac and cheese really is the best, creamy, flavorful, and exactly the kind of comfort food you hope it will be, especially in a chilly, rainy day. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles Mac and Cheese and my son got the Parmageddon. The portions were huge in the best way. We ended up taking leftovers back with us and had enough for dinner the next night. Great people, great food, great experience. We’re 100% going back the next time we’re in town.
