This was my first time at this location, usually i never have a problem with allo mon coco but after today i dont think i will ever go back. First of all we get there and its half empty, yet we still had to wait 10min before someone came to seat us (a group of 7). Second of all we are seated and have to wait another 10min for a menu...fine ok. Then we made our choices, closed our menus and waited 15min before someone comes to take our order( mind you the restaurant isnt busy at all). The waitress takes our order like as if we are a bother. We specify no bacon or sausage on any of the egg plates because we are vegetarians). We get the plate with bacon and the waitress asks if she can just take off the bacon(euhhh no we are vegetarians). My spinach omelette became a steak omelette. When we point out the mistakes as soon as she puts our plates down she actually argued with us that this is what we ordered. After insisting we didnt order these plates she decides she will change them. The plates came back and the potato still had the bacon trace on the potato and my omelette was cold and the cheese no where close to melted. During the one and a half hour we spent at the table i was never offered a refill on my coffee. The kids at our table saw other kids coloring and asked for a paper as well. The waitress gave them papers and told them she has no crayons with a very mean tone, the kids felt bad. Needless to say everyone left disappointed. Thanks Allô Mon Coco Saint-Léonard.....
