During our visit on a Sunday afternoon, the restaurant was surprisingly empty, offering a peaceful atmosphere. Amenities like separate restrooms for ladies and gents, along with free WiFi, added convenience.
However, our dining experience was marred by the presence of numerous flies, which made it difficult to enjoy our meal. Despite the promise of daily live entertainment from 7 pm, the distraction of the flies overshadowed the ambiance.
In summary, Kuya Juan Restaurant has potential, but the issue of flies needs urgent attention to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for patrons.
Not only was she efficient and attentive, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was memorable. She took the time to engage in friendly conversation, genuinely cared about our satisfaction, and made sure all of our requests were met promptly.
Her professionalism and outstanding customer service truly enhanced our overall dining experience. I would highly recommend kuya juan to anyone looking for not only delicious food but also exceptional service. A big thank you to our wonderful waitress for making our visit truly enjoyable!
