Come here for perfectly cooked fish & chips and tasty cod if you are hungry. The staff is attentive that's what makes this restaurant so nice. Most visitors mention that the service is spectacular. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant Ally's a high rating.

Smart and clean with quick service but poor quality food. Chips were barely warm, soggy and chewy. Nothing was hot or fresh. Pretty unpleasant meal, we won't be going back there again. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered delivery from ally’s fish and chips delivery came there was no curry sauce and they poured bbq all over the food when last time we ordered the sauce was separate. Tried phoning they answered and just left the phone on the side never spoke to me bloody awful customer service Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
