Their cookies are to die for! However bakes them is elite. You have to visit quick as they ran out fast. Their coffee is top tier as well compared to other independent coffees. Their pastries and cakes are lovely too! I wish they have another branch near Tithebarn. Also, are you looking for part time weekend staff? Their team seems so cool. This is one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to. We are so lucky to have this place in Exeter. Welcoming and friendly staff (they'll often spare a minute to chat), who are superb barristas, 4 beans available (that regularly rotate) with filter and dripper options to (I adore good filtered coffee)! A great selection of pastries, cakes and toasted sandwiches. The ambience is wonderful, and I almost always table share which has lead to summer wonderful conversations with strangers. If you want to have a top tier coffee, relax in a lovely place and chat to nice people, this is the place. I can not recommend Alma enough! Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Dietary restrictions: Well labelled and professional staff mean that so you can select with confidence.
