This is the best bar that I have been to in Japan and America! The owner, Kenji, is wonderful and made the experience perfect. My only regret is that I didn't get the opportunity to return and experience the bar and his kindness again. The drinks are made perfectly and it's a real treat to watch the skillful pours. I will definitely return when I come back to Japan. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
