My son who is 14 phoned a delivery on Friday night he ordered a pizza and chips, pizza was soggy cold, and sticking to the top of the pizza box, he also ordered his little sister a kids meal which came cold and with out the juice and sweet, the ordered should have been £14.80 but the charged £16.80 I spoke to the manager who shouted at me and said me and my son were lying and he only refunded me £10, he said my son should have called me i explained I was visiting my mum in hospital so I couldn't receive phone calls, told me I've never been in his shop and that one customer not coming back isn't a loss!!!
