1 Star – Absolute disgrace. Discriminatory and completely unprofessional. We had an appalling experience at this restaurant in Razgrad. One of our group members went in person to book a table, as they only accept reservations made on-site. Despite following their exact procedure, when we arrived half an hour after the reserved time, we were outright refused a table—even though roughly 80% of the restaurant was completely empty. When we asked why we couldn't be seated, the staff and manager started throwing out ridiculous, conflicting excuses. First, they blamed our arrival time. Then, the manager claimed they were supposed to call us to "confirm" the reservation before seating us. We never received a single call. Seeing a practically empty restaurant reject paying customers who followed all their rules leaves a terrible taste in your mouth. Given the absurd excuses and blatant dishonesty from the manager and waitstaff, it felt deeply uncomfortable and exclusionary—we strongly suspect this mistreatment was racially motivated. Save yourself the frustration and disrespect. Avoid this place at all costs. Service: 1

We visited this restaurant yesterday, at 7 PM. The place was empty, only the staff. Still, a girl came to us asking if we have a reservation. We said no so she replyed that they don't have any place available. We were coming after a long trip from Duni so we thought we can eat at "Almost Famous", based on their reviews. We are not Bulgarians. They looked at our plate number and they just said that they don't have any table available. There wasn't any "Reserved" signed on any table. I highly don't recommend this restaurant!!
