This is a really cute spot in Laveen. It’s small, so consider a smaller group when going. They serve brunch food, so both breakfast and lunch. They have all kinds of skillets, omelettes, burritos, most served in a Mexican food style. I got the Slow Cooked Beef and Eggs and it was tasty. We also got a Tres Leches pancake for the table. It’s only served on weekends and it was the most delicious thing we ate! Not too sweet, very fluffy, and yet also caramelized! Have been to this community-centered and family-based restaurant numerous times. They are consistent with making everyone feel welcomed and the quality of the food they serve. Today, GiGi, Josh and team were spectacular as always. Kudos to the entire Almuerzo's team for being a positive place for community to enjoy a great meal.
