Worst hotel during a Global Pandemic. Will not return my money through Hotels.com. Called last week and they said they were in crisis mode and will return monies but had to be through Hotels.com. As the situation is getting worse and things are closing in Montreal I have decided to cancel my two rooms for one night. They will not return monies. Shame on them
