I gave them 4 stars even though their food portions have been shrinking for some reason. My family and I love their food which is not cheap by the way, but they should be a bit more generous with their portions. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

This restaurant has turned into a mess. While drinking my glass of water, I found two big pieces of broken glass in my mouth. When I mentioned it to the waiter, he simply said it happens. There was no apology, no compensation, or any gesture of respect. Additionally, I had leftover food and asked the waiter to put it in a doggy bag to take home. To my surprise, I received a bag with the leftovers thrown directly into it, with no plate or container. When I went to pay the bill, no manager or owner came to apologize for the mistake. Alonso is a great place for lunch or dinner with the family. The place is very cozy. Waiters are friendly and service is quick.the food is very delicious and tasty. Loved the place. We will be back for sure.
Highly recommended!!
