I usually don't eat soups, but as I'm a fan of mutton, I decided to try the Buchleor. It was three large chunks of meat with half a large potato. Where it all goes sideways is the flavor and the cooking; the ingredients were just boiled with no spices or even particularly any salt, and the meat was improperly cooked and overly chewy; the end result being boiled things in tasteless water.
The buuz, on the other hand, were good. While not strongly spiced, the meat was properly cooked, juicy, and fatty, making them very enjoyable to eat.
I have to point out that the ingredients were of good quality for both dishes, so no complaints on that end.
Price-wise, I'd say it's reasonable for both of them, even if the soup was disappointing.
Honestly, if I hadn't decided to try the soup, the overall rating would have been higher, but nevertheless, I will probably be stopping again for the buuz at some point.
