Exquisite and homey place, not once have I felt this pleasant in a cafe. Latte Macchiato served by well-mannered and conscientious server. Great place for philosophical discussions between intelligent individuals(not for the simpletons). Overall experience was great, definitely will come again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

outstanding gastronomical experience. after a long day at school, i chose to visit altay's place. upon my arrival, i was greeted by a couple who introduced themselves as the managers of the locale. the very moment i sat down, the grinning dark-complexioned man served me probably the best mushroom soup i have ever had. its rich, creamy texture—rife with the seasonal spices of this region—thoroughly gratified my palate. as this elixir of goodness was quenching my thirst, i was brought fresh salmon, caught by the most skilled norwegian fishermen in the open sea only a mere 9 hours prior. as i bit into it, the crisp of the salmon could be heard across the near east. my friends in istanbul must have mistaken it for thunder, but it is merely the delight i was served that day. bringing the fork towards my salivating mouth, the herby waft of the marinade filled the room. i could resist no longer. the haste with which i devoured the fish would frankly be inappropriate in its description for my fellow readers; i am afraid this is where the review ends. the heavenly escapade had at this restaurant cannot be put into words, it must be experienced by oneself.
